Every signature, one click away right inside Gmail
The WeLink add-on lets each team member pick the right signature from a live preview gallery while composing in Gmail — or set one as their default so Gmail applies it automatically, every time. No copy-paste, no manual setup on each workstation.
Choose a signature
Gmail add-onBuilt for the people who actually send the email
The centralised push sets the default for everyone — the add-on is where each person previews and chooses, message by message.
A real preview gallery, in compose
Every signature available to a mailbox shows as a true-to-size preview image right in the compose window — no guessing, no blind selection. One click inserts it into the draft.
Native default, one tap
"Set as default" saves the choice and immediately re-writes Gmail's own signature setting — the change applies to every new email from that moment, with no further add-on interaction needed.
One default, every client
The default lives on the same WeLink profile as the Outlook add-in, so choosing it once in Gmail carries it over to Outlook — and back.
Multi-organisation aware
Mailboxes that belong to more than one WeLink organisation see every org's signatures, clearly labelled by name — never mixed up.
Shared & delegated mailboxes
When a colleague grants access to their signatures, they appear in the picker too — labelled with their name so the right one is always obvious.
Always the latest template
Templates are designed centrally in WeLink. The moment one changes, its preview and rendered signature refresh automatically — nothing to republish.
Guided, in your language
A side-panel walkthrough explains the picker and the default in plain language, in French or English, following what the user already picked in WeLink.
Narrow, compose-only access
The add-on only ever acts on the draft it was opened from — it cannot read your mailbox or send on your behalf.
The picker on desktop, the default everywhere
The compose gallery is a Gmail-web experience. The default it sets travels with the account, no matter where Gmail is used.
Gmail on the web
The full preview gallery and side panel live in Gmail's desktop browser — the surface built for composing and choosing.
Every device, via the native default
Because the default is pushed natively through the Gmail API, it appears automatically in the mobile app and anywhere the account sends mail — no add-on interaction required.
Multi-account Gmail
Switch between Google accounts and WeLink resolves the right organisation's signatures for each authenticated mailbox.
Live in minutes, not migrations
No software to package, no per-user install. An admin turns it on once and the whole domain is ready.
Admin installs from the Marketplace
Deploy WeLink Signatures to your domain from the Google Workspace Marketplace — once, centrally, for every user.
Open WeLink from any compose window
Team members click the ⋮ menu at the bottom of a compose window, then "WeLink Signatures".
Preview, then insert
Browse the gallery, check the true-to-size preview, and insert the right one into the draft.
Or set it as default
One tap and Gmail applies that signature automatically from then on — the choice roams to Outlook too.
Use both — they are complementary
The native push sets the default with zero effort for everyone. The add-on is where a person previews and picks something different, message by message.
Gmail add-on
A live preview gallery and per-email choice, right in the compose window. Best when people need to switch signatures themselves — sales, events, another language.
Native Gmail signature
WeLink writes the default signature straight into Gmail through the Gmail API — it is already there when a new message opens, with nothing to click.
See Google Workspace deploymentQuestions about the add-on
Do I need the add-on for signatures to work at all?
No. The default signature is delivered natively to Gmail through the Gmail API and applies with zero clicks. The add-on adds a preview gallery for people who want to switch between several named signatures per email.
What if my mailbox belongs to more than one organisation?
The picker shows every organisation's signatures the mailbox is entitled to, clearly labelled by name, plus any colleague signatures shared with it — nothing is mixed up.
Who controls what signatures look like?
Administrators design and publish templates centrally in WeLink. The add-on's previews and the native default always reflect the latest published version — there is nothing for end users to maintain.
Which language does the add-on use?
It follows the language the user already picked for their WeLink content, in French or English today, and adapts labels and instructions accordingly.
Does the picker work on mobile?
The compose gallery is built for Gmail on the web. On mobile, the native default signature still applies automatically to every message — the add-on picker itself is best used on desktop.
