Customize your WeLink Pages
Every collaborator gets a WeLink Page: a public profile page reachable from their QR code and email signature. Visitors can call, write, save the contact to their phone or open your website from it. This guide covers making those pages match your brand.
Where pages come from
WeLink generates one page per collaborator, plus a company page listing your team. There is nothing to create manually: pages appear as soon as a collaborator exists, pre-filled with their name, position, photo and contact details.
- 1Open the WeLink Pages section of the dashboard to see the company page and each collaborator page.
- 2Use the copy button next to a page to grab its public URL for sharing.
Apply your brand
Pages inherit your organization branding — the same one used for signatures and QR codes.
- 1In your organization settings, verify the logo (a square version renders best in the page header).
- 2Set the brand colors: they drive the page accents and buttons.
- 3Check the company details (website, address, phone) — they appear on the pages and inside the saved contact.
Configure the action buttons
Action buttons are what visitors actually tap: call, email, save the contact (VCF), open the website, connect on LinkedIn. Keep them focused.
- 1Make sure each collaborator profile has the fields the buttons rely on: mobile/phone number, email, and any social links you want exposed.
- 2The "save contact" button downloads the collaborator's VCF card — check the fields you include in VCF exports, they define what lands in the visitor's address book.
Less is more: a page with 3-4 sharp actions converts better than a wall of buttons. Lead with the action you want most — usually "save contact" or "call".
Test like a visitor
- 1Open a collaborator page on your phone (scan their QR code — that is the real entry path).
- 2Tap every button: call, email, save contact. Verify the VCF opens and saves correctly on iOS and Android.
- 3Check the page in both portrait and dark mode if your visitors use them.
Pages update instantly: change a collaborator's title or phone number and every printed QR code keeps working — it always points to the live page.
